No refunds, returns, or exchanges. All orders require 50% down payment and remaining balance before delivery is scheduled. Delivery must be scheduled at time of notice of shipment from factory. Please note that we cannot hold a completed order over 1 week. Otherwise, you will be charged 15% of your total balance as a holding fee. Orders held over 30 days will be considered forfeited without refund.
Deliveries are available Monday thru Friday during regular business hours. Since we cannot narrow your delivery time beyond a 4 hour window, the drivers will call you approximately 15-20 minutes before they arrive. All orders must be paid in full prior to delivery; drivers cannot accept payments. No personal checks will be accepted for final payment. We require 3 days advance notice from the date of your delivery to cancel or reschedule, otherwise a $75 cancellation fee will be charged. If you miss the delivery of your furniture, a new delivery date will be arranged and you will be charged a second full delivery fee. Delivery company is not able to discard your old furniture; you must have your old furniture removed before they arrive. We are not responsible for furniture that does not fit; take-apart service is available on many items for an additional charge.
